Summary:  The goal of this project was to create annotated wireframes of a multi-modal (available on multiple platforms) application. We created a cooking application that allows users to find, store, categorize, and follow recipes. The design process began by performing a competitive analysis of other applications. We then performed interviews and conducted a survey of people who cooked. Personas and scenarios were identified from these results, which allowed us to create a user journey map for how users would interact with all modalities of our application. Finally, we created annotated wireframes using Balsamiq, then created examples of visual compositions of the different modalities.
