I am Elizabeth Keyes.  I live in Madison, Wisconsin on the west side with my husband and two pugs.  I currently work as a user experience (UX) designer at Wolters Kluwer Health (Pharmacy OneSource), but have held other positions like quality assurance specialist, business analyst, developer, technical writer, and project coordinator.  I have my B.S. in Software Engineering through Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE), and my M.S. in Human Computer Interaction through DePaul University.  Outside of work, I attend meetings with the  Greater Madison Area chapter of the IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis).  When I’ve got a couple hours free, you’ll probably see me hanging out at a local restaurant playing team trivia with the team name “Bam! Spice Weasel” and reading comics.
